While we believe that we consciously run our lives, we couldn't be further from the truth. Most of what we do, in fact 95% of our decisions are driven by our unconscious mind; that is, we are acting in a particular way without consciously knowing why. Much of what we do today was learned during the "Imprint Period" - a time of our lives from birth to age 7. This is why we often hear people say, "You're so like your Father/Mother!" You guessed it!
